• Can not see the Full Grade Center in Internet Explorer 10? (Tuesday, May 7, 2013)
  
  Everything else works fine in IE10 but we can not see the Full Grade Center? The only option currently is use the latest Firefox, Chrome, or use the Screen Reader Mode of Grade Center in IE10.
• Windows 8 Compatibility (Monday, March 18, 2013)
  

  Users of Windows 8 will need to consider the following compatibility issues with accessing Blackboard -- Internet Explorer 7, 8 and 9 are UNSUPPORTED and therefore NOT COMPATIBLE. You must upgrade your web browser immediately.

  • Internet Explorer 10 is compatible with Windows 8 (32-bit) and certified with Windows 8 (64-bit)
  • The latest release of Firefox and Chrome are certified/compatible.

  Additionally, we recommend Windows 8 users download and install both 32-bit and 64-bit Java updates using this link. Be sure to uninstall all the old Java versions from "Programs and Features" or "Add and Remove Programs" before installing any new update.

   
• Attention All Blackboard Users (Monday, October 1, 2012)
  
  Please make sure your email address is listed correctly in Blackboard, to ensure you are receiving communications from your instructor as well as important system information.

  Here are the steps to edit:  

  ·     Once logged in to Blackboard, click on Personal Information (in the Tools Box in the left side)

  ·     Click on Edit Personal Information

  ·     Scroll to the Email Box and make any necessary change 

  ·     Click Submit

  The Office of Instructional Technology & Media Services (ITMS) is directing all Blackboard Student Users to the BCU OnlineSupport Center hosted by Blackboard Student Support (BbSS) to resolve basic Blackboard issues or have their issues escalate directly to the ITMS team (if necessary). 

   

  BbSS will support basic Blackboard issues, forgotten passwords, incorrect email address, course navigation, submitting assignments, posting a discussion, etc.
